Biography

Gordon McInnes is an experienced operations and planning leader with more than 30 years in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Currently a Strategic Operations Manager at Diodes Incorporated, Gordon has led major initiatives across capacity planning, operations management, and business transformation. Combining a strong engineering and process control background with extensive leadership experience, he is passionate about aligning capacity strategy with business growth and customer demand.

Gordon also serves as a Non-Executive Director with CeeD Scotland and sits on the advisory board for Scotland’s Critical Technology Supercluster, supporting strategic initiatives and operational excellence both within and outside the Semiconductor industry.
