Madhuparna is an EDA and VLSI expert with 25+ years in the semiconductor industry, with experience across the UK, India, and Sweden. Currently an AE Director at Cadence Design Systems, she leads digital and signoff technical campaigns and has worked on advanced CPU, GPU, and system IP designs down to 3nm.

A passionate advocate for STEM, she founded the SWE Cambridgeshire affiliate and serves as a SWE Global Ambassador and Senate member. She is an award-winning mentor, UKESF trustee, and was part of the UK semiconductor delegation to India in 2025.
