John Boggie is a globally recognised cybersecurity leader, helping shape the future of trusted technology. As Senior Director of Security Business Development at NXP Semiconductors, he works with customers, governments, and industry bodies to address the challenges of security, certification, and regulatory compliance, John has a special focus on China.

A former President of Eurosmart and long-time contributor to ENISA cybersecurity initiatives, John has played a leading role in the development of international certification frameworks, including SESIP, and has been at the forefront of security certification, digital trust, and cybersecurity legislation for more than 25 years.

His expertise spans semiconductors, critical infrastructure, automotive, industrial systems, digital identity, IoT, and emerging technologies for example Humanoid Robotics. He has been working on various legislation in EU, US and China this includes extensive work on the EU CRA both within NXP and externally.
