Biography

Howard has been in electronics manufacturing for over 35 years, starting as an engineer he subsequently pursued a successful career in international sales & marketing.

Howard worked as VP of Business development at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, focusing on deep-tech commercialization, he then ran the VTT MEMSfab subsidiary and operations at the Micronova fab – an open-access facility specializing in MEMS, RF & photonics.

In 2024, he was appointed managing director of CSconnected, with a brief to support growth within the Welsh Compound Semiconductor Cluster. He brings both private and public sector senior management expertise.
