Biography

Daniel Picado is President of the Protection Division at Bourns, Inc. and a Fellow in Operations and Technology Management at University of Cambridge Judge Business School, where he is also an ALP alumnus. He leads over 1,500 global professionals, holding full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of semiconductors, resistors, and protection technologies with operations spanning six countries. His division meets rigorous IATF 16949 and MIL standards to serve automotive, medical, industrial, military, and consumer markets.
