Biography

Daniel joined Cambridge GaN Devices after more than 25 years at STMicroelectronics, where he worked in the automotive marketing and applications team, focusing on EV powertrain business in the EMEA region. He has contributed to many strategic programs related to wide bandgap technology, working closely with OEMs and vehicle manufacturers. At Cambridge GaN Devices, he helps shape company strategy and product portfolio to develop higher-power industrial and automotive applications
