Ellie Bramer is an Engineering Manager at Arm, where she leads multiple teams of software engineers at the intersection of advanced computing, AI, and ecosystem innovation. With a background as a systems engineer in the defence sector she has built her career in male-dominated environments, progressing from individual contributor to experienced engineering leader. Ellie is passionate about building high-performing technical teams and creating pathways for more women to thrive and advance in engineering and tech fields.
