The Women in TechWorks Excellence Award celebrates the achievements of women across the UK deep tech industries and aims to raise the visibility of an important and underrepresented part of the technology workforce.

The award is open to women at any stage of their career and across technical, commercial, operational, research and leadership roles. It recognises professional achievement, impact and the contribution individuals make to their organisation, colleagues and the wider industry, while inspiring others to build and develop careers in deep tech.
