Ansa People is a specialist semiconductor recruitment partner, founded in 2024 by Anna Sapkota. Anna joined the semiconductor industry in 2016, and her depth of experience in internal recruitment for global semiconductor organisations entirely shape how Ansa People operates: ethically, transparently and with discretion. Ansa People covers the full chip design flow, as well as executive search, across the UK and Europe. Working closely with startups and established organisations alike, Anna helps them find the people who build the chips of the future.
