TechWorks Awards and Gala Dinner 2024

The TechWorks Awards provide a fantastic showcase for excellence in the fast-paced tech industry - celebrating achievements & behaviours conducive to a healthy and vibrant industry. The 2024 gala dinner and awards ceremony was hosted by comedian and guest speaker, Simon Evans last night in London and the full list of winners has now been released.

Filtronic won the prestigious TechWorks Company of the Year award and other big winners on the night included Kubos, winners of the ‘Deep Tech Startup of the Year’ award and Sergejs Leonovs from Zero Point Motion, who was crowned Young Engineer of the Year.
NMI’s heavily contested Manufacturing Supplier of the Year Award is ranked by the companies that use their services – the NMI manufacturing members, with Plessey taking home the award this year. The Cybersecurity Leadership Award was won by SkillsDA, and the new award for 2024, Entrepreneur of the Year, was won by Benjamin White of Phlux Technology Ltd.

Neil Dickins, co-founder of IC Resources, was this year's winner of the TechWorks Contribution to Industry Award. This award is given by TechWorks to an individual who has made a significant contribution to the UK tech industry. Neil is a familiar and long-serving face in the industry, and his hard work and industry commitment have made him a recognised recruitment leader in the global technology community.
