TechWorks arranges a roundtable with Chi Onwurah at the Labour Party Conference

We are pleased to have been able to bring together representatives from the UK semiconductor industry with Chi Onwurah MP and Samantha Niblett MP.

We discussed why semiconductors are the fundamental building blocks for the future of society and our economy and how we in the UK, need to secure the future of this critical industry

We were also lucky to be joined by some of the leading players in the UK semiconductor world bringing their perspectives and challenges - but most of all, explaining why semiconductors are so vital not just in achieving net zero, the space race and, frankly, all technological progress from smart phones, to quantum and AI. Semiconductors make everything happen.
