DESCRIPTION:With Ana Indoitu\, Director of People\, Operations & Growth \nConventional wisdom puts the responsibility of confidence building on the individual: improve your mindset\, practice your pitch\, repeat positive affirmations and avoid panic. Yet even the most capable people struggle to contribute when the environment is unclear\, punitive or dismissive. A seed can have all the potential in the world; it still will not thrive in barren soil. \nThis workshop builds of my professional journey as an enabler – shifting the question from “How can people become more confident?” to “What are we doing as organisations – intentionally or accidentally – to make confidence possible?” \nWe will explore how leaders and organisations can create the “fertile soil” for people to speak up\, take healthy risks\, learn from mistakes and bring innovation to work.
