Over the past few decades\, she has worked across start-ups\, scale-ups\, and large companies in the semiconductor industry\, successfully delivering projects from concept through to production. \nEarly in her career\, she transitioned from hands-on design to project management\, taking on her first Programme Manager role at CamSemi. \nWith extensive experience leading complex semiconductor programmes\, Catriona has always focused on enabling innovation – building world-class teams and systematically removing barriers to delivery. \nShe is now co-founder of Chipletti\, a fabless semiconductor start-up developing advanced 3D chiplet and memory integration technologies to unlock new levels of performance\, cost efficiency\, and power optimisation for AI and high-performance computing. At Chipletti\, she leads operations\, driving the company’s mission to deliver cutting-edge technology with real-world impact.
