SUMMARY:Exploring UK–Canada Semiconductor Collaboration: An Introduction to C2MI
DESCRIPTION:Following the MoU agreement between TechWorks and the Canadian Semiconductor Council last year\, the two organisations are working on practical opportunities for collaboration between the UK and Canadian semiconductor ecosystems. \nAs part of this initiative\, this webinar will introduce C2MI – Canada’s largest microelectronics and semiconductor research and development centre – to the UK semiconductor community. \nBacked by more than $400 million in advanced infrastructure\, cleanrooms and specialist equipment\, C2MI helps companies\, startups and researchers move technologies from early-stage development towards industrialisation and commercial scale. Its capabilities include MEMS\, advanced semiconductor packaging\, photonics\, 200mm and 300mm post-processing\, and emerging quantum technologies.
